What We Do
From farmer to buyer, we manage every step of the trade.
We support farmers to grow and manage tree crops, and take full responsibility for getting products to market.
TungaMiti works with tens of thousands of smallholder farmers across Kenya to grow, manage and commercialise tree crops, starting with timber. We provide field support where needed, verify standing inventory, coordinate harvesting and oversee grading. Logs are either delivered directly to buyers or made available ex works at designated collection points.
By managing the entire process, we turn dispersed smallholder production into reliable, ready-to-sell supply.

We are already working with tens of thousands of farmers across Kenya, and building toward a 2040 target of 100,000 farmers and 40,000 hectares under management.
Expansion Underway
TungaMiti works with over 20,000 smallholder farmers managing 8,000 hectares of eucalyptus and melia plantations across Kilifi, Kwale and Nyandarua. We are expanding into new counties to reach more farmers and consolidate supply.
Timber is our starting point. We are now introducing other tree crops, such cashew and macadamia, and continue scaling our carbon programme, which is already registered with credits issued and being sold.
